Day 345-Light Extravaganza!

I like the word Extravaganza lately... like the Review Extravaganza on my blog, you can read about it here.

Today we went and saw this insanely awesome house in our town, or houses as the light display includes three houses that sync with the music and is just so cool! The main house is literally wrapped with lights. I had to add a couple of pictures just so you could get the bigger picture.

Day 344-A Shoot at the Beach

I had a family photo shoot.

Day 343-Almost Took It

Okay-well I didn't actually take a picture this day... but I did spend the day with pictures. I was compiling my sister's bridal album. So here is one of the pictures I was working with and starring at all day long. Something about spending a day editing usually results in no new pictures.

Day 339-Black Friday Lights

You know there might be a lot of Christmas decoration pictures this month..

I just love them too much.

Lighted garland on the stairs, our new tree (that I got for $35 on Black Friday) in the background.

85mm lens with 1.8 f/stop makes for a very fun picture.

Day 337-Peas

Ryder's favorite food seems to be bananas...
well and his bib of course.
Which he tries to eat by pulling it up over his face every time I feed him.
Which results in food all over his face.
Today's food, peas.

Day 336-Blurry is Cool

This picture is easy-simply put my camera into manual focus, make it as blurry as possible and aim it at the lights on the tree. And I love it.

Day 335-The Countdown

I figured this would be a very appropriate picture
since I am finally restarting this project again with daily postings.

The first ornament on our advent tree went up today!
This tree will be full of ornaments come December 24th

Hi to the few of you who actually check this still... I know.. I epically failed. But I really have been taking pictures still. In fact, I officially launched my photography business.

It was really dark when we left the party.

Eric dared me to take a picture of him "like this"... I complied.
And well he is 15" taller than me so this angle really is my usual view.

My girl who lately runs away from the camera
jumped in for many shots and was instructing me on what pictures to take.

I hardly feel like I should post this week... I missed a day again... I really just think I have gotten burned on the 365 thing... but I will keep going. Maybe if I went back to posting daily I would be more accountable. There are some days were I take a ton of pictures and then I just don't take anything. I think next year I will keep posting pictures, but going to do things a little different than just the 365.
